What is Listing Ready?+
Listing Ready is occupied home preparation — editing, organizing what remains, rearranging existing furnishings and décor, and photo-ready styling before a home hits the market. It is not vacant-home staging or interior design. Services are provided by Peace in a Pod Organizing Solutions LLC.
How do I order a collection?+
Essential, Signature, and Premier are ready to gift — just send a short order request with your client's details. The Custom Collection uses a short questionnaire so we can design it around your client.
Which collections can be personalized?+
Personalization, engraving, and interest-based items belong to the Custom Collection. Essential, Signature, and Premier are curated, ready-to-gift collections with a quick turnaround.
What's included in the Welcome Home card?+
Every collection includes our signature Welcome Home card with space for your personal message and a discreet interior pocket for a business or gift card.
Do you deliver Welcome Home Collections?+
Scheduled local pickup is our standard fulfillment option. Limited delivery to Realtor offices or an agreed-upon Realtor location may be available by request, depending on location and availability. Delivery is not guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.
Do you deliver directly to my client?+
Not at this time. Welcome Home Collections are designed for Realtors to personally present to their clients, so we do not currently provide residential gift delivery.
Do you ship?+
No. Welcome Home Collections are currently available locally through scheduled pickup, with limited Realtor delivery available by request.
How much is Realtor delivery?+
Delivery requests are reviewed individually based on location, order size, and availability. If we can accommodate your request, we'll confirm any applicable fee with you before delivery is scheduled.
How much notice do you need?+
Essential, Signature, and Premier are quick turn. Custom Collections require a 7–10 business day lead time. Rush requests are accommodated whenever possible.
Do you offer bulk Realtor pricing?+
Yes — our Realtor Partner Program includes preferred bulk pricing, priority ordering, and concierge service.
